GENERAL RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1. Reservations:
The reservation will be confirmed after receiving an advance payment of 50% of the service value.
2. Reservation cancellation conditions: If the guest cancels an already confirmed reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Free cancellation: up to 30 days before the start of the retreat
- 50% refund: for cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start
- No refund: for cancellation less than 14 days before the start or in case of no-show
- Reservation transfer: by agreement, the reservation can be transferred to another person at no additional cost.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer (e.g. due to force majeure), we will fully refund the amount already paid.
